Area Recruitment Specialist

Supports recruiting across assigned markets by sourcing and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and building community partnerships that strengthen applicant pipelines. Tracks recruiting workflows and metrics, supports hiring events, and travels regularly to recruiting locations and community functions.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and candidate onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and workforce partners.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking functions, and community events.
• Monitor background screenings, candidate status, and recruiting workflow accuracy.
• Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to outreach and hiring processes.
