Car Wash Team Lead

Pure Magic is seeking a hands-on Car Wash Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our busy wash location. In this role, you'll lead a small crew, model outstanding customer service, and ensure every vehicle leaves clean and customers feel valued. You'll train and coach team members, assign tasks, and maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality. Responsibilities include operating wash equipment, handling cash/credit transactions, promoting wash packages, and reporting maintenance needs, while keeping the site running smoothly and efficiently each shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily car wash operations and ensure a clean, safe site
• Lead, train, and coach team members during shifts
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and resolve issues
• Operate and monitor wash equipment, chemicals, and POS systems
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage
• Handle cash/credit transactions and basic daily reconciliations
• Report equipment issues and coordinate basic maintenance
• Support sales of wash packages and membership programs
• Communicate performance and operational updates to management
