Job Description: Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Opportunity - Denver, CO (HYBRID)

Our client is the premier Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory Firm serving the equipment rental, facility services, industrial and infrastructure services, and waste and environmental services sectors who are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to support complex transactions and strategic initiatives. This is a Hybrid Opportunity at the firm's brand-new Denver, CO office.

Benefits/Compensation:

Base Salary: Up to $145,000
Bonus: 30% - 70% of Base Salary (Individual/Firm Performance)
Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision
401k: Matching up to 3.5% as long as employee is putting in 3.5%
PTO: 24 Days

Qualifications:

CPA and MBA preferred, practical experience highly valued.
3+ years of M&A experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and research skills; experience with Capital IQ and similar tools a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and the ability to manage large datasets to deliver actionable insights for mergers and acquisitions.
Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis.
Process and interpret financial, operational, and customer data for trend and synergy analysis.
Develop presentation materials including pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and management presentations.
