Bank Teller II

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Teller II to provide exceptional client service in our community-focused branches. In this role, you will process a full range of financial transactions, balance cash drawers, and accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments. You will identify client needs, promote bank products, and support relationship bankers. Success requires strong attention to detail, cash-handling accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to bank policies and compliance standards while contributing to a collaborative, service-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow cash control procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all clients
• Identify customer needs and refer or cross-sell appropriate bank products and services
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Verify identification and safeguard against fraud and security risks
• Assist with opening basic accounts and answering product questions
• Support branch operations and collaborate with relationship bankers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
• Participate in training and development to grow banking knowledge
