Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and execute legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
• Advise clients on estate planning options and strategies tailored to their individual needs and financial situations.
• Conduct client meetings to establish client goals and propose appropriate legal and financial strategies.
• Collaborate with tax advisors and financial planners to ensure comprehensive estate strategies.
• Stay informed on the latest changes in legislation affecting estate planning and communicate these changes effectively to clients and team members.
• Handle estate and probate litigation issues, as required, to defend client interests.
