Warehouse Operations Associate

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our wide array of products, including groceries, apparel, and home goods, are handled with care, precision, and timeliness. This position is pivotal in upholding the quality and service standards that Meijer customers expect from our over 240 stores across six Midwestern states.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, and organize merchandise to ensure accurate shipping and receiving.
• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Adhere to safety management standards and protocols to minimize risks.
