Program Support Administrator

Health Connect America seeks a Program Support Administrator to provide vital administrative and coordination support for our behavioral health programs. In this role, you'll manage scheduling, referrals, documentation, and client records to keep services running smoothly across in home, office, and community settings. You'll collaborate closely with clinicians, community partners, and families, supporting compliance, reporting, and data accuracy. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for behavioral health services, including scheduling, documentation, and client record management
• Coordinate referrals, intake, and service authorizations with clinicians, clients, and community partners
• Maintain accurate data entry in electronic health records and reporting systems to support compliance and quality standards
• Assist with preparing reports, billing support documents, and tracking service delivery metrics
• Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, families, agencies, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person
• Support multidisciplinary team meetings, trainings, and case conferences through logistics and material preparation
• Help ensure adherence to HIPAA, agency policies, and payer requirements through careful documentation and file maintenance
