Parking & Shuttle Operations Manager

The Parking Spot, the leading near-airport parking company in the U.S., is seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Driving Facility Manager to oversee the operations of our parking facility, ensuring exceptional service, efficient operations, and unsurpassed safety standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing both people and processes, ensuring seamless coordination between shuttle services and parking operations, facilitating a smooth and welcoming experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parking facility, including shuttle dispatch and maintenance scheduling.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for both the parking area and shuttle services.
• Manage a team of drivers and facility staff, scheduling shifts, conducting training, and ensuring high performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and shuttles are operating efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement strategies for operational improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of service and quick resolution of any problems.
• Prepare reports and analytics on facility usage, shuttle timing, and customer feedback to guide business decisions.
