Controller-Hospitality

THIS ROLE WILL BE ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN MANHATTAN. Seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Controller to lead the financial operations across our portfolio of hospitality and multi-unit properties. Working closely with the Finance Leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, overseeing month-end close processes, managing reconciliations, directing operational accounting functions, and supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality and/or food & beverage accounting experience, deep familiarity with multi-unit operations, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a fast-moving environment while providing steady leadership across core accounting functions. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leadership, external vendors, and finance partners while driving accountability and consistency.
