Senior Land Survey Technician - Civil Engineering

J-U-B Engineers, Inc. () is seeking a Senior Survey Technician / Land Survey Intern to support civil infrastructure and land development projects. In this role, you will assist with boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, operate GPS/RTK and total station equipment, and collect accurate field data. You'll help process data, prepare survey maps and base files in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and coordinate closely with engineers and project managers. Responsibilities

• Perform field surveys for boundary, topographic, and construction staking using GPS/RTK and total station equipment
• Collect, verify, and document accurate field survey data in accordance with company standards
• Process survey data and assist in developing survey basemaps and exhibits in Auto
• CAD/Civil 3
• DSupport preparation of plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports for civil infrastructure and development projects
• Coordinate with project engineers, surveyors, and project managers to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
• Follow safety procedures and maintain survey instruments, vehicles, and field supplies
• Assist senior surveyors with research of records, control networks, and project setup for field crews
