Job Description
Safelite Group Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our auto glass repair and replacement business. In this role, you'll receive, inspect, store, and stage vehicle glass and related materials for technicians, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. You'll load and unload trucks, use material handling equipment, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Using basic computer systems or scanners, you'll track stock and assist with cycle counts. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming auto glass and materials against documentation
- Store and organize inventory to ensure product integrity and accessibility
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for technicians and outbound shipments
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
- Use scanners or basic computer systems to track inventory and orders
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and handling procedures
- Coordinate with technicians, drivers, and supervisors on material needs
- Report damages, discrepancies, and low stock levels promptly to leadership
