Lead Sales Associate

Serve customers as a cashier and stocker while providing lead coverage when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent. Stock and merchandise shelves, maintain store displays and cleanliness, and support safe store operations. When directed, handle register overrides, refunds, cash controls, deposits and required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register, scan and bag purchases, collect payments, and make change.
• Unload deliveries, unpack cartons, stock and rotate merchandise, and maintain displays and planograms.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide customer service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store, including floors, restrooms, stockroom and front-end areas.
• Provide lead coverage during management absences, including opening or closing as directed.
• Support cash controls, register accountability, refunds, overrides, deposits, security monitoring and required documentation.
