About the Role
Property Solution Services, a Plantation-based real estate investment company, is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio.
This is an administrative position, not a sales position. You'll be the operational hub for our properties - coordinating tenants, vendors, leases, and approvals so everything runs on schedule and nothing slips.
What You'll Do

Manage daily operations across a portfolio of residential properties
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Prepare leases and process lease renewals
Handle condo applications and association approvals for tenants
Create, assign, and follow up on work orders
Coordinate vendors and schedule property maintenance
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant relations

Experience managing residential properties
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Responsible and punctual - people count on you to follow through
Comfortable learning and working in new software platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation

Full-time, in-office position in Plantation, FL (this role is not remote)
$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience
