Field Services Lead

Lead turbine-floor outage execution, directing personnel and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient work. Coordinate outage planning with work control, scheduling, engineering, and multidisciplinary teams; oversee turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, equipment mobilization, and contractual milestones. Support procedure adherence, training, surveillance, corrective action, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine-floor personnel and ensure assigned maintenance work is performed safely, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.
• Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering coordination for online and refueling outage activities.
• Communicate outage and personnel issues to management and foster collaboration across internal and external teams.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, turbine deck lay-down, equipment and tooling mobilization, and contractor coordination.
• Manage resources and project milestones to meet contractual obligations and support company objectives.
• Administer training, surveillance, procedure revision, and corrective action processes; identify and monitor improvement opportunities.
