Manufacturing Production Trainer

As a Manufacturing Production Trainer, you provide on-the-job training to new and existing employees in a protein processing environment. You learn multiple production areas, demonstrate correct methods, and explain procedures and safety practices. You help implement environmental health and safety training, reinforce plant policies, and give feedback on training materials. This role works on-site in varying temperatures and around meat products while supporting safe, consistent production performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job training for new hires in production roles
• Demonstrate correct production tasks and safe work procedures
• Learn multiple production areas to train employees across lines
• Support and participate in environmental health and safety trainings
• Communicate training information clearly in English
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training materials
• Adhere to and model all plant safety and food-handling policies
• Perform other assigned tasks to support training and operations
