Senior Electrical Engineer - Commercial & Industrial Construction

Faith Technologies seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and engineering for complex commercial and industrial construction projects. You will develop power distribution, lighting, and control systems; perform load calculations and short-circuit studies; review codes; and coordinate with project managers, field teams, and clients. This role drives innovation in design-build and energy solutions, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and constructible designs. You'll mentor junior engineers, support estimating, review submittals, and provide field engineering support while promoting Faith's safety-first, collaborative culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for commercial and industrial construction projects
• Perform load calculations, fault current, and coordination studies
• Develop power distribution, lighting, and control system layouts and specifications
• Ensure designs comply with NEC and applicable codes and standards
• Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and clients to support constructability and schedule
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs and provide timely engineering responses
• Support estimating and preconstruction with technical input and value engineering
• Provide field engineering support and resolve design issues during construction
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all engineering deliverables
