Car Wash Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the carwash and pay stations.
• Operate POS system, process cash/credit transactions, and handle basic membership sales.
• Guide vehicles safely into wash lanes and monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Maintain site cleanliness, including bays, vacuums, restrooms, and public areas.
• Follow all safety, quality, and appearance standards set by Crew Carwash.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and resolving basic service issues.
• Promote wash packages, memberships, and promotions to meet performance goals.
• Support team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development programs.
