Position Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist/Mail Clerk for processing all incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with office duties. Law firm experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, scanning, saving and distributing incoming mail daily.
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Document management and organization, saving to network.
- Printing letters and addressing and preparing envelopes.
- Metering outgoing mail.
- Sending outgoing mail via FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
- Assist in various projects throughout the office.
- Additional duties as required
Skills:
- Strong computer, software, and internet skills - especially with MS Office.
- Experience working with FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Displays the ability to multitask and perform many different duties.
