Connected Properties Account Executive - Telecommunications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Cable One's Sparklight broadband, TV, and voice services to multi-dwelling and connected property owners and managers
• Build and manage a pipeline of connected property accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Consult with property stakeholders to understand connectivity needs and propose tailored telecom solutions
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service packages to close new and renewal agreements
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery
• Track performance, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate CRM records for all account activity
• Represent Cable One at local industry events and community functions to strengthen market presence
• Provide ongoing account management, issue resolution, and upsell opportunities to drive long-term relationships
