Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to support our finance and insurance clients with exceptional service and risk management solutions. In this role, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of accounts, managing renewals, coverage analysis, and day-to-day service needs. You will collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to design and implement insurance and risk strategies, prepare proposals, and resolve client issues. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, delivering responsive, high-quality service.
• Coordinate policy renewals, marketing, and coverage reviews with carriers and internal teams.
• Analyze client risks, coverage needs, and claims trends to recommend insurance solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation to support client meetings and decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of policies, endorsements, certificates, and client records in internal systems.
• Partner with producers and consultants to support account growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Resolve client issues and escalations with a focus on long-term relationship management.
• Collaborate with global Gallagher teams to support multinational and complex accounts.
