Ramp Operations Specialist - Aviation

As an Airside Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation, you'll support safe, efficient ground operations and a premium experience for private and business aviation customers. You'll marshal and park aircraft, support fueling coordination, guide passengers and crews on the ramp, and assist with baggage and ground equipment. You'll follow strict safety, security, and compliance procedures while communicating clearly with pilots, teammates, and internal operations. This role thrives on teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering reliable, high-touch service in a fast-paced airside environment.

Responsibilities

• Marshal, park, and guide aircraft safely on the ramp
• Assist with baggage handling, towing, and ground support equipment setup
• Coordinate with fueling teams and adhere to safety and environmental procedures
• Escort and support passengers and flight crews on the airside
• Monitor ramp conditions and report safety or security concerns immediately
• Follow airport, TSA, and company security and access control policies
• Use radios and communication tools to coordinate with operations and line service
• Maintain clean, organized, hazard-free ramp and work areas
