Regional Class A Truck Driver

Ryder System seeks a dependable Class A Truck Driver to support our transportation and warehousing operations. In this solo role, you'll operate late-model Class A tractors on regional routes, ensuring safe, on-time pickup and delivery of freight for leading brands. You'll perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate electronic logs, and comply with all DOT and Ryder safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes, meeting DOT and Ryder safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Handle pickups and deliveries on schedule, securing and verifying freight documentation
• Comply with hours-of-service, company policies, and all transportation regulations
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to update on load status and issues
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and represent Ryder professionally with customers
