Packaging Machine Operator

Marathon Staffing is seeking Packaging Machine Operators to support a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor automated packaging machines, ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and consistent quality. You'll inspect finished products, clear jams, perform basic machine adjustments, and keep accurate production and downtime records. Operators follow all safety and cleanliness standards, assist with material loading and changeovers, and communicate issues to supervisors to maintain efficient, continuous operations on each shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated packaging machines
