Assisted Living QMAP Personal Care Partner II

Provide person-centered daily care and medication assistance to assisted living residents. Help with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and routines; follow medication procedures and document accurately. Communicate changes in resident needs and collaborate with families and team members to support residents' safety and dignity.
