Armed Security Supervisor

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee daily security operations for client sites. This part-time role leads armed officers, ensures compliance with post orders, and maintains a safe environment. Responsibilities include supervising patrols, monitoring access control, responding to incidents, and completing detailed reports. You will coach and train officers, support investigations, and serve as the primary on-site contact for clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise armed security officers during assigned shifts to ensure consistent protection of client sites
• Monitor access control, patrol facilities, and respond to alarms or incidents according to company procedures
• Ensure all officers comply with Allied Universal and client policies, post orders, and safety standards
• Coordinate shift schedules, breaks, and post coverage to maintain full security coverage at all times
• Conduct incident reporting, log entries, and prepare written documentation for management and clients
• Train, coach, and mentor security officers on security protocols, emergency response, and customer service
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients, addressing concerns and communicating operational updates
• Assist with incident investigations, evidence preservation, and liaison with law enforcement when required
• Perform regular inspections of posts, equipment, and uniforms to ensure readiness and professionalism
• Support emergency preparedness efforts, drills, and incident de-escalation using sound judgment
