General Manager

FlynnGroup Arby's is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales and profitability. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, food quality, and speed of service while ensuring compliance with brand, safety, and sanitation standards. The General Manager coaches and develops team members, manages labor and food costs, and analyzes store performance to meet goals. Working in a fast-paced, people-first culture, you will model Arby's values, resolve guest concerns, and build a high-performing team with clear paths for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members and shift leaders
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation in compliance with Arby's standards
• Manage labor, food, and operating costs to achieve profitability targets
• Analyze sales and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Enforce company policies, cash handling, and inventory controls
• Create a positive, people-first work environment focused on teamwork and accountability
• Implement local marketing and brand initiatives to grow sales
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
