Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, along with current state licensure to practice in Connecticut. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively interacting with patients, families, and team members.
Preferred Experience
While new graduates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with prior clinical experience in outpatient settings, particularly those who have demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based physical therapy practices. Familiarity with EHR systems and experience in working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
