Welding & Metal Fabrication Production Worker

As a General Fabrication Production Worker, you'll support welding and fabrication on a fast-paced production line for MyWorkChoice's client. You will hang, weld, and inspect parts, operate weld cells and hand tools using proper PPE, and keep your area clean following 5S standards. You'll follow written work instructions and ISO procedures, work on your feet, lift up to 40 lbs, and collaborate with your team to maintain safe, efficient production on a consistent 1st-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hang, weld, and inspect parts on the production line to meet quality and output targets
• Operate weld cells, hand tools, and related equipment safely using required PPEFollow written work instructions and ISO procedures to complete fabrication tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5
• S and continuous improvement practices
• Stand, walk, and lift materials up to 40 lbs throughout the shift to support production flow
• Communicate issues and perform basic troubleshooting to keep the line running smoothly
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Comply with facility safety, housekeeping, drug screening, and background requirements
