Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Lead and implement environmental, health and safety programs across wineries, vineyards, hospitality and mobile bottling operations. Ensure regulatory and company-standard compliance, advise employees and managers, investigate incidents, coordinate training and emergency response, maintain records, and partner with engineering on project safety and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement EHS policies, procedures, programs and training across multiple locations and operations.
• Monitor workplace practices and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Facilitate incident root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, regulatory submissions and trend analyses.
• Partner with engineering on project planning, maintenance, change management, safeguards and permitting.
• Develop emergency response capability and oversee safety committees, budgets and employee and contractor inductions.
