Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor

Marriott International, a premier global lodging leader with extensive reach across 139 countries, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor for managing our property's housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and should also able to address guest requests and problems. This role will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service, upholding Marriott's commitment to quality hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and cleanliness levels of the hotel rooms and common areas.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Train, motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline housekeeping staff.
• Manage schedules of housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with company policies and standards.
• Address guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations for hotel management.
