Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and energy drinks to Dutch Bros standards
• Provide fast, friendly, and upbeat customer service at the drive-thru window
• Accurately take orders, operate the POS system, and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stand, including equipment, counters, and guest areas
• Restock supplies and ingredients to support continuous, efficient operations
• Collaborate with team members to handle busy rushes and ensure speedy service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
• Support promotional events and community-focused activities as needed
