Marketing Events Coordinator

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to plan and execute on-site and regional events that drive guest traffic and brand awareness. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate event logistics, manage timelines, work with vendors and internal teams, and support promotions for concerts, gaming events, and resort activities. You'll assist with marketing campaigns, social media and email promotion, signage, and on-site setup. This role works closely with the marketing and entertainment teams to deliver memorable, guest-focused experiences aligned with tribal values and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute resort and casino events and promotions
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site setup and breakdown
• Collaborate with vendors, entertainment, and internal teams to meet event goals
• Support marketing campaigns, including email, web, and social media promotions
• Coordinate creation and placement of event signage and collateral
• Track event budgets, attendance, and performance metrics
• Maintain event calendars and ensure accurate event information across channels
• Provide on-site event support to ensure a positive guest experience
• Assist with post-event reporting and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure events reflect tribal values, brand standards, and guest-first culture
