VP, Technical Services

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a VP, Technical Services to lead strategy and delivery of engineering and technical operations across a commercial real estate portfolio. You will oversee building systems performance, capital planning, projects, and vendor management while ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction. Partner with senior stakeholders to design data-driven, sustainable solutions that enhance asset value. Lead high-performing teams within JLL's performance-driven, collaborative culture and help innovate technology-enabled services in the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for technical and engineering services across a commercial real estate portfolio.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and reliability of building systems to meet client SLAs and performance targets.
• Develop and manage capital plans, budgets, and lifecycle strategies for assets and infrastructure.
• Lead technical teams and vendors, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with clients to design solutions that enhance building performance, sustainability, and resilience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and risk standards across all properties.
• Leverage data, KPIs, and technology platforms to optimize portfolio performance and inform decisions.
• Support business development, proposals, and key client presentations as technical subject-matter expert.
