Quality Inspector - $35/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform first-article and in-process inspections at multiple manufacturing stages.
• Use precision tools such as: calipers, micrometers, gauges, test equipment, and CMM
• Verify GD&T features, tolerances, and functionality.
• Identify, document and report nonconformities in products and components.
• Maintain complete inspection records, measurements, test results, and corrective action documentation.
• Experience with precision measurement and inspection techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous inspection in manufacturing
• Technical training/certification in quality control, inspection, or a related field preferred
• Experience with industry standards and documentation requirements.
• Strong close, distance, and peripheral vision, plus depth perception.
• Proficiencies: GD&T, Quality Inspection Experience, Blueprint Reading.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Measurement gauges, Calipers and Micrometers.

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday is optional or as needed

Pay is up to $35.00 an hour based on experience
