Lifeguard - Hospitality & Wellness

BATHHOUSE seeks a vigilant Lifeguard Attendant to ensure a safe, serene experience across our luxury pools and thermal areas. In this Hospitality & Travel, Sports & Recreation role, you'll monitor water features, enforce safety and hygiene standards, and respond quickly to emergencies using certified rescue, CPR, and first aid skills. You'll also provide warm, informed guest service that reflects our culture of sustainability, innovation, and wellness, collaborating with teammates to maintain pristine facilities and support ongoing training, growth, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pools, thermal baths, and wet areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to BATHHOUSE rules.
• Perform preventative scanning, rapid water-rescue response, and basic first aid/CPR when required.
• Inspect and maintain deck, equipment, and water features for cleanliness and safe operation.
• Educate guests on proper bathhouse etiquette, hygiene, and safe use of thermal and recreation zones.
• Document incidents, communicate with supervisors, and support a calm, welcoming spa environment.
• Collaborate with hospitality staff to deliver a luxury, guest-centered Sports & Recreation experience.
