Outside Sales Representative - Home Improvement

LeafHome, a national leader in home-improvement solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential sales of LeafFilter and related exterior products in the construction/remodeling market. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided, preset appointments with homeowners, perform needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and close sales using a consultative approach. You'll follow up on leads, manage your pipeline with a CRM, and partner with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to homeowners using a consultative approach
• Assess customer needs and recommend Leaf
• Home gutter, roofing, and related solutions
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage a pipeline of company-generated leads and appointments using CRM tools
• Follow up with prospects to overcome objections and finalize agreements
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge in home-improvement and construction
• Accurately complete contracts, agreements, and required documentation
• Represent Leaf
• Home professionally in the field and at occasional events or shows
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
