Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely on regional and OTR routes
• Pick up and deliver freight on time to customer locations
• Maintain accurate logs and ELD records per FMCSA rules
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment
• Coordinate loads and lanes with carrier dispatch teams
• Manage fuel, routing, and trip planning for maximum profit
• Ensure freight integrity and comply with load securement rules
• Communicate professionally with shippers, receivers, and dispatch
• Uphold all DOT, company, and safety regulations
• Maintain truck in good working order and schedule needed repairs
