Manufacturing Production Supervisor

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Weekend Day Shift. In this on-site role, you will lead production teams manufacturing complex metal cast components for aerospace and industrial markets. You will ensure strict safety, quality, and delivery standards while driving throughput and scrap reduction. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching operators, monitoring KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a precision, process-driven environment with strong training and advancement potential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend day shift production teams in a metal casting environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and job assignments to meet production targets.
• Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Train, coach, and evaluate operators to build skills and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality to resolve issues.
