Responsibilities
- Operate a regional CDL A tractor-trailer to safely transport freight on dedicated routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and delivery documentation
- Secure and handle freight to prevent damage and ensure load safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Adhere to delivery schedules while practicing safe, defensive driving
- Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed
- Represent Premier Transportation with professional, courteous service
