Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports store operations and client service during peak business periods. Working across the sales floor and back of house, this role helps maintain product availability, store organization, and an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and service during busy periods.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise, replenish products, and support product flow between the sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, inventory activities, and maintaining clean, orderly spaces.
• Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to a collaborative store team.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards while maintaining professional presentation.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures; interest in luxury fashion is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
