New Model Project Manager - Automotive Manufacturing

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC is seeking a New Model Project Manager to lead automotive product launches from concept through mass production. In this role, you will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve cost, quality, and timing targets while embodying "The Honda Way." You will manage detailed project schedules, risks, and KPIs; support trials, builds, and ramp-up on the shop floor; and collaborate with global Honda partners and suppliers. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional new model development projects from concept through mass production launch
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to meet cost, quality, and timing targets
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive design for manufacturability, process readiness, and smooth handoff to production lines
• Track KPIs, report project status to leadership, and escalate critical issues proactively
• Support trials, builds, and production ramp-up activities on the manufacturing floor
• Collaborate with global Honda teams and suppliers on technical and schedule alignment
• Champion continuous improvement, safety, and "The Honda Way" in all project activities
