Territory Membership Sales Manager

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to grow our air medical membership base in a defined territory. In this field-focused role, you will build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, employers, and community organizations to promote our emergency air medical membership program. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, contract negotiation, and account management, while accurately forecasting pipeline and results. You'll thrive in a mission-first, patient-centered culture, collaborating with clinical and operations teams to expand access to life-saving care in rural and underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales for Air Evac Lifeteam within assigned territory
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to grow membership base and revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, employers, and community partners
• Deliver in-person and virtual presentations on Air Evac services and membership value
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through closing and onboarding
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance using CRM and sales metrics
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, and marketing teams to align on local market strategy
• Represent Air Evac Lifeteam at community events, health fairs, and industry meetings
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and brand standards
• Support member retention initiatives and high-quality customer experience
