Territory Sales Representative - Pool & Spa Wholesale

Heritage Pool Supply - Richland Hills seeks a Territory Manager to grow sales with pool professionals across an assigned territory. You'll manage key accounts, develop new contractor relationships, and promote our full line of pool and spa equipment, chemicals, and accessories. Responsibilities include onsite customer visits, product education, pricing and quoting, and coordinating with inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment. You'll track territory performance, forecast demand, and provide market feedback while representing our people-first, service-driven culture and pursuing long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within an assigned territory by managing existing accounts and developing new contractor relationships
• Conduct regular onsite visits to pool professionals to understand needs and present product solutions
• Promote and educate customers on pool and spa equipment, chemicals, and accessories
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and manage the sales pipeline in CRM tools
• Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment
• Monitor territory performance, forecast demand, and report on key metrics and market trends
• Resolve customer issues quickly while maintaining strong, long-term relationships
• Represent Heritage Pool Supply's people-first, service-oriented culture in all customer interactions
