Airline Passenger Assistant

ABM Industries is hiring an Airline Passenger Assistant at the Little Rock airport to support safe, comfortable travel for all passengers. In this frontline role, you'll assist customers with mobility needs, escort them through check-in, security, gates, and baggage claim, and provide friendly guidance and information. You'll follow strict safety and security procedures, operate wheelchairs and equipment carefully, and document services provided. Responsibilities

• Provide courteous assistance to airline passengers, including those with disabilities, seniors, and unaccompanied minors
• Escort passengers to and from check-in, security, gates, and baggage claim areas
• Safely operate wheelchairs and other mobility equipment following ABM and airport safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with passengers, airline staff, and security personnel to coordinate assistance
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide directions and basic airport information
• Monitor passenger needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Follow all TSA, airport, and ABM policies, procedures, and security regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of assisted passengers and services provided
• Assist in managing queues and boarding processes to support on-time departures
• Participate in required safety, customer service, and compliance training
