Project Analyst - Staffing & Consulting

Hite Consulting Inc, a professional recruiting and consulting firm in Spring, TX, seeks a Project Analyst to support client-facing staffing and consulting projects. In this role, you will gather and analyze data, track milestones, prepare status reports, and help optimize project workflows. You'll coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and clients to document requirements, monitor KPIs, and flag risks or delays. The Project Analyst will assist in building dashboards, improving processes, and supporting continuous improvement across engagements while contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze project and staffing data to support decision-making
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare regular status, metric, and KPI reports for internal teams and clients
• Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to document and maintain project requirements
• Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks and escalate as needed
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools for project performance
• Assist in process improvement initiatives across recruiting and consulting workflows
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data integrity in tracking systems
• Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects for leadership
