Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations at Rooster's, ensuring smooth, efficient service across all shifts
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach front- and back-of-house staff to meet performance and service standards
• Monitor food quality, guest experience, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost controls to meet budget and profitability goals
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost reports to drive continuous operational and financial improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies; promote a safety-first culture
• Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated service issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with leadership on promotions, menu changes, and local marketing initiatives
