Full Stack Geospatial Developer

Design, build, test, and maintain web-based geospatial applications and services. Develop interactive map-authoring tools, front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and data workflows; integrate spatial databases and geospatial services; and advise on data formats, schemas, projections, metadata, and quality controls. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and maintain a web-based map creation application.
• Build interfaces for loading data, selecting geographic fields, styling maps, configuring labels, and sharing visualizations.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, business logic, data processing workflows, and persistence mechanisms.
• Integrate vector, raster, and service-based geospatial data with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Advise on geospatial formats, schemas, projections, metadata, and interfaces; support data ingestion, validation, and quality control.
• Write and run software tests, troubleshoot defects and performance issues, and participate in Agile development and code reviews.
