Hospitality Operations Manager

Rock City Enterprises is hiring a Gardens Partner to co-lead operations at a high-energy hospitality venue in Green Bay, WI. In this role, you'll help drive memorable guest experiences across bar, dining, and event spaces while supporting a collaborative, fun, and fast-paced culture. You'll oversee daily floor operations, coach and schedule staff, uphold service and safety standards, and assist with inventory, cost control, and promotions. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who loves nightlife, cares about community, and wants to grow with a multi-brand group.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead daily operations for a high-volume hospitality venue, ensuring smooth, guest-focused service
• Oversee floor operations, bar, and/or dining areas to maintain service and quality standards
• Coach, schedule, and support team members to foster collaboration and accountability
• Monitor guest feedback and quickly resolve service issues to protect and grow reputation
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management with attention to detail
• Collaborate on promotions, events, and experience-driven concepts to drive traffic and sales
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members in brand standards and procedures
