Lead Multifamily Construction Superintendent

Roers Companies is seeking a Construction Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily projects from site mobilization through turnover. This role plans and drives daily field operations, manages schedules, coordinates subcontractors, and enforces strict safety and quality standards. The Lead Superintendent partners closely with project managers to track progress, control costs, and resolve issues in real time. You will mentor field staff, maintain strong relationships with trade partners, and ensure compliance with building codes and inspections. Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Develop, track, and update detailed construction schedules and short-interval plans
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet milestones
• Enforce strict jobsite safety standards and maintain OSHA-compliant practices
• Monitor workmanship to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, cost control, and change management
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reports, and issue resolution with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate field documentation, logs, and as-built records
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field team members
