Travel MedSurg RN

Gifted Healthcare seeks a Travel MedSurg RN for an assignment in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you'll deliver safe, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients, manage complex assessments, administer medications, and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, updating care plans, educating patients and families, and documenting accurately in the EMR. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient status
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Document care accurately in the EMR and follow hospital protocols
• Adapt quickly to new hospital settings, policies, and unit workflows
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
